I appreciate in my work as a psychosocial counselor accompanying people in mostly very stressful situations to find answers with them and generate new perspectives that enable an improvement in their lives.

I love to recharge my energy in nature - with hiking boots or on the mountain bike, mountaineering, mountain biking, enjoy reading, find deep calm in my meditative exercises (mostly 😉), and love to be inspired while traveling...
