Vienna/Warsaw – 28. January 2026. Mavie Work, part of the international health company Mavie, has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Wellbeing Polska. With this acquisition, Mavie Work expands its health offering for companies and their employees in the Polish market and further strengthens its position as holistic corporate health provider in the CEE region.
Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Warsaw, Wellbeing Polska is one of the leading corporate health platforms in Poland. The company focuses on physical health, integrated exercise and prevention programs, as well as digital coaching aimed at sustainably improving employee health.
The platform shows above-average employee usage compared to the market, which contributes significantly to the effectiveness of its programs. This expertise will be integrated into Mavie Work’s overall offering to further support the health and performance of employees and organizations.
As a result of the acquisition, corporate clients will benefit from an even more comprehensive, holistic health offering that systematically combines physical, mental and organizational health, thereby fulfilling the need of international teams and cross-border companies.
“With Wellbeing Polska, we are joining forces with a strong local partner that strategically complements our international offering with well-founded expertise in physical health and workplace prevention,” says Christoph Schnedlitz, Managing Director of Mavie Work. “By integrating Wellbeing Polska into our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), we are creating an even stronger holistic health offering in Poland that combines mental, physical and organizational aspects, thereby increasing our impact on employee health across the entire CEE region.”
"This acquisition perfectly aligns with our vision of holistic employee wellbeing,” explains Radosław Kruczek, CEO of Wellbeing Polska. "While we have built our reputation on measurable mental and physical health outcomes and comprehensive prevention programs, integrating with Mavie Work's EAP expertise allows us to strengthen our offerings significantly. Together, we can provide Polish organizations with truly seamless wellness solutions that address every aspect of employee health.”
Holistic health offerings as a key success factor for companies
Companies in Poland face challenges similar to those in other CEE markets, including increasing health-related strain on employees, changing working conditions, and hybrid and international working models. At the same time, expectations of employers to provide effective and scalable health solutions continue to grow.
For existing clients of Wellbeing Polska, day-to-day operations will remain unchanged. The company will continue to operate in the Polish market with its team and established programs. At the same time, clients will benefit from Mavie Work’s expanded offering, particularly in the areas of mental health, psychosocial counselling, and international EAP solutions.
With this acquisition, Mavie Work takes another step towards its vision of becoming the corporate health provider with the highest impact in the CEE region, supporting companies in sustainably strengthening the health, performance, and resilience of their employees.
