Why I am a Counselor

Every person has their unique story. As a psychosocial counselor, I have the privilege of being part of these stories and supporting people in dealing with difficult life situations. In my work with clients, I focus on building a supportive and benevolent relationship that allows me to respectfully and kindly consider the difficulties experienced by people together. The encounters that arise from this are always a confirmation and motivation for me to practice my profession with passion.

When I'm not counseling...

...you can usually find me in the mountains, swimming in cold lakes, playing Uno Flip in huts, milking cows in Norway, roller skiing through the foothills of the Bavarian Alps, or making table tennis tables in Munich unsafe. But I also enjoy a quiet time on the couch with a good book (currently: 22 Bahnen) or a good series (always: Shrinking or Ted Lasso).
