The challenge

Over 3,000 employees work at the Delivery Hero Campus in Berlin. The workforce is comprised of over 100 nationalities and the majority speak English. Many of them are not yet familiar with the German healthcare system. It is therefore important to create a multilingual healthcare offering that is easy to access and reaches as many employees as possible.

The solution

1. Lifestyle-Check

At the Berlin campus, lifestyle-checks are offered at fixed times throughout the whole year. The entire process, from booking to evaluation, is conducted in either English or German. In just 20 minutes, over 60 health metrics are assessed.

2. Online consultation

The results are thoroughly discussed in an online consultation and based on that, a personalized prevention program is created. If needed, a doctor's appointment will be organized for the employees.

Follow-on services

In the Mavie Work Portal prevention programs and the collected health metrics can be digitally accessed at any time. In addition, employees can take part in certified online courses.

Employee feedback

“It was one of the best experiences I ever had. The Mavie coach explained everything in detail, and conducted the tests at the right pace with explanations and answers to all my questions - I would definitely recommend it.”
