  • Addressing different target groups: The rollout required tailored approaches for various groups within the organization.

The solution

  • Confidential one-on-one counseling sessions focused on mental health
  • On-site physical activity and relaxation programs
  • Coachings, seminars, and trainings specifically for managers
  • Flexible access – available both digitally and in person
  • Inclusion of family members to acknowledge the broader context of psychological strain

The rollout was supported by an internal communication campaign aimed at reducing stigma and clearly explaining when and how Mavie can provide support – for instance, in cases of sleep issues or personal crises.

  • Leading by example: Taking breaks, openly discussing their own stress or challenges
  • Early recognition: Being sensitive to emerging issues within the team
